Created for the Neo-Twiny Game Jam (2025), with the stipulation that the game be shorter than 500 words in length, Compendium I is precisely 500 words in length, excluding code.
Compendium I is the first chapter of a volume dedicated to stories of the decline. This gilt-golden age of magic and doctrine, empire and war is dying. These things were preordained in premonition long ago and recorded thusly.
