CLOSEDLOOP is a cyberpunk interactive fiction novel set in a not-so-distant future; a blood and neon soaked tear through a city at the behest of a cryptic set of messages left by someone or something called Control. To make things worse, time passes... incorrectly. As in- it doesn't- yesterday the same as today, same as tomorrow.

Complete your mission. Break the loop. Die trying.

  • Complete and playable prologue and first half of Chapter 1, roughly 38.2k words,
  • An introduction to the Citizen, and the world of CLOSEDLOOP.
  • Customization options.
  • Your first day at work.

  • Customizable Citizen. All approved options have been opened for you. Choice has been provided in gender, pronouns, sexuality, and appearance.
  • Four Associates for you to work with or against. They are familiar. They will not ask too many questions. They have no answers.
  • A job to be completed. Coordinates. Mission. Associates. The thrill of the chase and the horror of the kill. Blood and neon, high society and the underbelly of the City.
  • Wait.

Special thanks to everyone who's helped me with code along the way, and to the people I relentlessly annoy with "what if's" and the thousands of ideas that never quite come to fruition.

is omega a secret ro?

No. There are no secret ROs, Omega is simply one of your fellow Associates.

Are you planning on having any romance in this game?

There will not be "traditional" romances. However, there will be opportunities to pursue relationships outside of work hours with your fellow Associates.

Now that is a prologue!

Very cool and interesting game. The intro feels very reminiscent of Hotline Miami. Can't wait to see more.
